Return Policy

Return Policy:

At our print on demand e-commerce business, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality prints and frames.

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as easy and transparent as possible. Our return policy is as follows:

​

1. If you are not completely satisfied with your print, you may return it within 10 days of delivery and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution. 

2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at aoon@aoonthetraveller.com with your order number and reason for the return.

3. We will provide you with a shipping address and instructions for returning the product. 

4. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition and packaging. 

5. If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order to you as quickly as possible.

6. If the item is in its original condition and packaging, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide an exchange, as per your request.

7. If the item is damaged or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customized or personalized prints, unless they arrive damaged or defective or errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products. We also cannot refund shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to an error in shipping address.

a) Wrong Address:

​

If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
 

Rejected by the Recipient:
 

If you rejects the shipment during the delivery, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
 

Unclaimed:
 

If you are not able to receive the order at your address, the shipments may be available for pick up at your local post office or carrier pick up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the sender. For these cases, please place a new order and get in touch with us so that we can report the problem and arrange for the product price to be refunded for the new order (you will still have to pay for the shipping costs). 
 

Lost Orders Policy:
 

For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us. We'll be happy to send a replacement order.
