Our Room at Helka Hotel:
Whether you are a solo, couple, or traveling with family, the hotel has different room sizes according to your preferences. The hotel offers a Loft room, a Junior suite, comfort, and a smart room with different bedding size options.
We stayed in Comfort's twin room, and the room theme is the meaning of life in indigo and yellow colors. The room is very spacious, along with the comfy sofa. One of the walls has a painting of a girl.
The long working desk was right infront of the bed, and it had an antique telephone set that was very popular in the 90s.
The hotel welcomed us with a Finish chocolate and a welcome note. We also got slippers and a bathrobe in our room,
As we had a double twin comfort room, our bed was more spacious than a normal one. The bed was super comfortable with mattress toppers. The hotel also focuses on sustainability and has eco-friendly bedding.
Our room also has a LED TV and free Wi-Fi. There was also a big mirror in the room to get ready. The wardrobe was also huge, easily fitting your coats, jackets, and other clothes. We also found Kettle along with coffee and tea in our room.
Our bathroom was also equipped with all the amenities, including organic shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, towels, and a hairdryer. The hotel also focuses on sustainability, so you can find signs of turning off the water while using the products.

Lobby and Helkan Baari:
The hotel also has a very cute lobby with some creative art pieces. One of the sides has comfy sofas and a unique microwave in pink, and a Fridge. Near the main reception, a sitting area also depicts a small exhibition.
The open bar of the hotel is called Helkan bari. It’s a perfect place to enjoy your evening with some drinks. You can also order coffee and relax in the bar on the comfortable sofas. There’s also a small Feminist library near the bar.

The hotel offers a fresh and organic breakfast buffet every day. Whether it’s croissants or fluffy pancakes, fresh fruit salad or vegetable salad, nuts, eggs, a variety of loaves of bread, jams, marmalade, Organic cheese, beans, fresh juices, and coffee - everything is available in the breakfast buffet..
During our two-night stay, we used to go for breakfast between 9:00 am to 10:00 am, but the breakfast starts at 6:30 am on weekdays and 7 am on weekends.
The hotel restaurant was always full of guests, but everything was quickly refilled.
We normally start our breakfast with croissants, pancakes, eggs, and fresh fruits and then enjoy Latte. The breakfast is super nice. This is something you shouldn’t miss during your stay at Hotel Helka.
